QRS 101.s Pemf mat - not 101.5
The QRS 101.s is way more advanced with its updates over the previous 101.5 model. I use the QRS during my sleep on relax mode for 1 hour when I go to sleep and put the 2nd timer on for Vital mode an hour before I wake up. I do 2 hours of therapy in my sleep every night with the
QRS. The latest model has Fib`onacci mode. The QRS is our least returned pemf mat and is our best seller. This is the only pemf mat that has a 180 day return policy. If you don't like it you can return it. This is also made in Germany like the IMRS and Bemer.

Magna Wave
The Magnawave is the most powerful spark gap Pemf machine I tested. The Magnawave rated at the highest gauss of any spark gap model I tested. There are advantages and disadvantages to the spark gap vs the solid state type. This machine is for those seeking super high power but do not want a solid state model. Very popular among horse owners.

Magnus Magnetica
Magnus Magnetica is the other brand that has all solid state circuit machines. Their $8000 dollar compact model is the strongest solid state model I have found in its price range. None of their models have the spark gap chambers. If you can't afford a Pulse brand that is the 2nd best machine I have tested. Loaners are available to people who want to try before they buy. I have found that the easiest way to conceptualize the Pemf industry is by breaking it down into a tiered rating system.
About 90% of customers end up purchasing a Pemf machine from Tier 2 level. The rest choose a Tier 1 or Tier 3. Tier 2 is composed of companies that use very confusing marketing for their brands. The reason is because 90% of those brands in this tier are actually “Re-brands” coming from the same few manufacturers in China. So these brands are almost identical to one another and so each company just makes up claims and marketing hype to appear different than their competition.
For this reason I have divided up Tier 2 into two sub levels, A and B. The lower the tier the more drawbacks it has versus benefits. So Tier 2B would have maybe a limited warranty for example versus a Brand from Tier 2A.
Rating System based off the following:
Warranty, Standard vs Solid state components, How Clean the materials (off gassing chemicals), Power rating/fluence rating of the coils for electrical output, Generation of Pemf, EMF level, Cold Spots, Deliverance of joule in nanoseconds, and Customer Service. If you want specific information on each brand and how it rates on each of these categories please ask.
Tier 1:
A -- Pulse Pemf, IMRs Hybrid, QRS 101.S, (These have the most intense fluence, lowest electro-smog, low distortion, and frequency range).
B -- Bemer pro, Bemer Evo, HUGO
Tier 2:
A --Magnawave, PEMF 8000, Sentient Light, Centropix Kloud
B --PER 2000, E Pulse Magnetics, Ampcoil
Tier 3:
Maggie, OMI Mat,

The Bemer pro mat is far more superior than the older Bemer 3000. This Bemer Pro was recalled and the Bemer EVO is now the current model. There are plenty of used Bemer Pro machines available right now since people are trading their older Bemer for newer machines now. Many of the older Bemer machines are showing error messages. Centropix Kloud
The Centropix Kloud permf mat is the model made by Centropix (made in England). This is a company made by 2 top level Bemer distributors and the mat was finally developed in 2021. You don't have a seperate controller. The controller is built into the mat and it has a rechargable battery built in. The Centropix Kloud also has a low EMF rating. Most people who have used the Bemer Pro will like the Centropix kloud.

IMRS Prime Hybrid
The iMRS Prime Hybrid model now sets the bar for any pemf mat I have compared, including the QRS 101.s. I only recommend this machine for people who are in need of a higher grade machine, not just for general wellness, but have health issues that people who returned other pemf mats didn't work.
This is way more expensive than a Bemer or QRS. People who have tried the Hybrid model who have used the Bemer for years notice the difference right away. The only one that competes IMRS Hybrid is the Fibonacci model.

Pulse Pemf
This is the first solid state pemf machine on the market. The latest Pulse XL Pro is way more advanced than any other machine out there. This is the only machine really worth paying for to use in a chiropractic or physical therapy clinic. Once you try a session with this and have tried any other high gauss pemf machine you will understand why its better immediately. This has to be experienced to be appreciated.
